Boll Realty founders, Donna and Dennis Boll, opened Boll Realty in 1975 with an office behind their home located on the east side of Otter Tail Lake.
From this modest beginning, Boll Realty, through Donna Boll’s leadership, quickly became the area leader in lakeshore and rural property real estate sales. Donna insisted that her office remain open 7 days a week to give her clients the best possible service - a policy that still remains in effect today.
Cathy Boll Mueller, Donna’s daughter, is the new broker/owner of Boll Realty. She continues to offer the same 7 days a week personal service that her mother began over 30 years ago.
Boll Realty has moved into a new modern office building as of January 1, 2009. This new facility is located on Highway 78 across from the 1st National Bank in Ottertail City. Boll Realty’s new office building will allow the staff to give their clients the best possible service available in the lakes area.
